Methodology
How this publication sources, verifies, and distinguishes fact from allegation. Source everything. Distinguish fact from allegation. Follow every development. Let the documents speak.
This is an independent, document-led, consumer-first investigative publication. It is not affiliated with Euro Car Parks Limited. Every material statement is sourced to an original document. The reputational impact arises from official documents, regulatory action, court proceedings, company filings, public customer reviews and attributable media reporting — not from unsupported accusations.

Words that trigger extra scrutiny
Before publication, these labels require a source, a determination of who said it, and whether it is fact, opinion, a regulatory finding, a court finding, or a matter under appeal or investigation.
The filter asks: Source? Who said it? Fact or opinion? Regulatory finding? Customer opinion? Court finding? Under appeal? Currently under investigation? Unsupported labels are not published.
Short quotations, original summaries, links to originals
This publication does not copy entire news stories, Trustpilot reviews, court judgments or CMA documents. It uses short quotations and original summaries, and links to originals.
Reviews establish sentiment, not misconduct
Where a customer review alleges fraud, dishonesty or criminal behaviour, it is not turned into a headline unless independently verified. Reviews are used principally to establish sentiment, recurring topics and consumer-experience themes.
